Real Burgers
The SMASH burger is upon us. We use our Angus Beef to prepare these burgers to take you to taste heaven.
We start the count at Smash1 - a 3oz burger, smashed into the grill and cooked 'til its mouthwatering.
Then its flipped into a toasted brioche and loaded with trimmings to your request.
We add a smash from the one all the way uop to our Smash6 - 18oz of pure angus beef. Hot smashed into the grill, cooked and stacked as a tower that's almost as tall as the castle! . These are for the really hungry. Can you conquer one?

Our signature Aberdeen Angus steak burger. Complete with a toasted brioche bun, crunchy iceberg lettuce, beef tomatoes, burger sauce and topped with dill pickles and crispy onions.
Not for the feint hearted. This mountain is made up of two of our 6oz Aberdeen Angus burgers crammed with all the delicious extras to make it a burger like no other.
Our house burger which we top with so much cheese it overflows and creates a "Detroit Skirt" Once molten the grill master then folds all this back on the burger and loads it into the toasted brioche bun.
Our 6oz Angus steak "Flat" pressed onto a tortilla. This is then grilled to perfection to give a juicy burger in a crisp flour tortilla. Served with Lettuce, Tomato & Burger Sauce.
